Coach Sylvester, leader of the Cheerios, Mckinely High's cheerleading squad. Feared by all other teachers. She hates most of the children that go to McKinley High School, but she has to put up with their bulshit every day without ripping any of their heads off. Most kids don't mess with Sue, but those who do realized their mistake when they found themselves stranded in the middle of a shark-infested man made lake on Sue Summer Camp. And you aren't allowed to leave. Thats why all the kids that were willing to mess with Sue are no longer there.

Susan is extremely intimidating. She can make any one do anything she wants them to, with a little pushing, with the exception of that damn Will Schuester. Because of her childhood she is very insecure
Sue KNOWS that none of the Cheerios would even make it to state without her. She struggles with them sometimes, because she forces them to be the best and if they can't be the best, then she'll find some one else that'll fit her standards. Although it doesn't look like it, Sue has faith in her Cheerios. She believes that they can achieve whatever they want to in life, but she'd never say that out loud. She'd look soft and loose her touhgh-girl ego.

The only person Sue has a soft spot for is her mentally challenged sister. Her mother never took care of either of them the way she should've, leaving Susan to take care of her sister.
